WW1 French F1 grenade thread size

That's a weird size. Is this Whitworth 15.4mm x 1/13, i thought it may have been M 14.5 x 1.5.
 
Yes, Witworth with diameter in millimeters. It comes from old Finnish manual. I have tried to found such a thread tap for years, but not possible.
