Have literally just uncovered this in my garage! Looks to be about 88-90 mm diameter. Solid shot inner with cast iron outer body. Is this a WW1 German Naval gun shell i.e submarines? No markings.
Looks like a 25pdr, when i was working i found shot in similar condition with the outer metalwork breaking off,,
i only have one poor quality image of a 2pdr one we found that had the same sort of decay .
