WW1 German mortar round ID please

Hello, need help here, Is this a 7.? WW1 German mortar round? It is painted green with black E's stenciled on it. is it a HE round? also appears to have a green plastic disk inside of it on the bottom what is that for? it is dated 1918. thanks

Leichte Sprengmine mine 16 Erna I think without rotating band.
Can't get to my docs arpt the moment will post a drawing as soon as I can if not soneone else is faster
 
And it is an explosive shell.
Kathe, Lotte, Erna and Anna-Lise were the explosive shells.
