WW1 German Navy 10.5cm HE Projectile

I have had this projectile for some time and struggled to identify it, I thought I would share my latest theory! The conclusion I have come to is it could be a 10.5cm HE projectile for the WW1 German Naval guns, 10.5cm SK L/40 or 45. It is 345mm long, 105mm diameter at the driving band, width of driving band is 25mm, distance from base to driving band is 73mm and fuze pocket diameter of 50mm.
I don’t think it is a projectile from the 10cm K04/14 family, pictured alongside a shrapnel shell for this weapon. The driving band is wider and the fuze pocket is 50mm which works for a range of Naval fuzes. The base of the projectile is similar to a WW2 10.5 cm in my collection. The only fuzes which start to thread are German, the British thread was narrower.
I understand some of these Naval guns we’re mounted on wheeled carriages and used as heavy guns to support Army operations, very glad to have your thoughts.
