In fact it is a French postcard displaying the various bombs used by the French Air Service in 1918.
The original is of much better quality and includes the French title that has been "suppressed" on the ebay clone.

If you look for German postcards This one would be a great find - all the explosive Carbonit bombs used by the Zeppelins:
