WW1 Mortar identification

Hi
Can any one help me with the item below.
It is marked A-15-81 F a ? 01
It is 44 cm long and 110mm in diameter.
It seems to have a copper gas check and i believe it is missing its top cover and 1 or 2 fins.
Any help, Country, Name, method of firing? Is it even WW1?
Best regards
Matthew

Hello,

This round looks like a part of a modern fin stabilized shell (really not from Ww1 era).
Maybe something like a russian 115mm HEAT BK4M.
