May be Russian Bomb and small bombs, is that cartridge cases on the ground interesting picture all the same,,,,, Dave

This is a very interesting photo with puzzling features - the bombs in the background look definitively Russian, the one lying on the ground in the right corner of the pic and the one standing near by are apparently AF-82 (Oranovsky), the bomb in the right hand of the guy an A0-25 (30 or 33 we need to see the rear part of the bomb body to differenciate between them) the small bomb standing in front of the nose of the main lying bomb seems to be an A0-2.5 Sch. Now the main lying bomb is really strange - its shape (very similar to French bombs) fits with the early FAB-50 SV but it's too large for a FAB-50 (would better fit a FAB-250 of around 2m overall length while the FAB-50SV was 95cm long) and the FAB-50 had only one series of re-inforcing struts between tail wings. All other Russian bombs (including the FAB250 SV) had a much more cylindrical body, above all in their rear part. Definitively puzzling.
