WW2 German 3.7cm Flak projectile

This projectile turned up recently, jammed in a French WW1 Pom-Pom case. Once extracted and cleaned I gave it a coat of paint to preserve it from the dreaded rust. I have not come across one of these early 3.7cm Flak projectile with the double copper driving bands before, does anyone have a sectioned drawing of the projectile?
I managed to find an early brass case, but unsure of the fuze it came with, marked 3.7cm Kpf.Z.Zerl.Fg, dated 43, which seams late for this projectile, glad to have your views.
