Ww2 german u-boat crew badge

hi I know its not ordanance but does anyone know if the following badge is a repoduction, is it rare and how much is it would you be expect to pay for it, Any info would be great

well, Mitch, difficult to say.
The badge itself is looking good to me, but the colour is an unusual bright yellow.
Manufacturer GWL (Gebrder Wegerhoff, Ldenscheid) is a relative rare example.
