I found entries on the internet with : Мина Селянкина обр 1941
(SELYANKIN MINE)


 
You are right, it is мина Селянкина (Selyankin mine), developed by captain (in 1943 year) Selyankin Appolon. For his ivention he got medal.
Mine started to be used in 1942 year. Was a very popular on the fronts around Leningrad.
Mechanism pretty simillar with mine PMN. Safety mechanism - safety pin through the body.
