As with British MG optics the early equipments were mostly already in use in field artillery. The MG range finder the EM14 entfernungsmesser 14 was the standard RF for German MG usage. Although looking to find one with all the accessories it is easy to mistake it for the EM34. Anyone who has an EM14 please contribute in order that I do not make a mistake

On reflection, or looking at your post further, I think your talking about the "stereo" range finders? Apologies for the mastike!
