WWII 17lb'er HE Information?

Greetings! Could someone please point me to a source of the 17lb'er HE shells in WWII? I'm doing a small research project and I've found most of what I need. However, I've not found any information on the first HE round that was issued (less TNT charge) and supposedly use far more than the newer round with more TNT packed in.

Anyone? Thanks for the help!!!
