WWII 75mm M18 Case - British Made?

Can anyone help with the identification of the manaufacturer of this case? Maker's mark is a "B" in a diamond. See the picture.

This was most likely made by Bridgeport Brass Co., Bridgeport, Connecticut, USA. They used a similar marking on 20mm Oerlikon cases. It could have been made for Canada as it is designed to use the US type push-in primer.
