Anybody ever see this video? I was also wondering about their "Reader's Digest" condensed history of the two rounds in the beginning of the video is true?

just saw half of the video-it failed to finish for me. My guess that this is a spotting round for ranging.

The German B-Patrone (Observation Bullet) was originally developed for use by the Luftwaffe as a ranging /marking round for aerial combat. Later during the war, Hitler authorized its limited use on the Eastern Front by army snipers.
