WWII USA Proximity Fuze?

I have been offered this, I need your opinions, please.

I'm thinking you should jump right on it, it is a great find! I've never seen one this nice in the states. We never see any of the area where the green body is, we only see the top end above the projectile mouth. It would be great trading stock if nothing else.
