Yugoslavia Factory codes

I am looking for factory information on Yugoslavia.
One factory is 131 which was found on a 76-MM Cartridge Case. The other is 124 which was found on the primer. Does anyone have any information on these factories?

I don't have images of these items yet, but will look and see if I can get some.
