Yugoslavian - TMA-1 - AT blast mine.

Hi,
This is the same as for the TMA-2 and 2A.
Everything is based on the cap and fuse.

what does the yellow role band denote, does that imply drill from that era and country?
 
A yellow marking on Yugoslav engineer ordnance is a marker for practice ammunition. Depending on the type a fuze with a spotting charge is used, means if one has yellow marked mine fuzes etc. check if it is really empty.
