Zulu Dawn, 1979, https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0080180/. All I knew it was a big defeat for the Brits. Interestingly, ammo played a big role, hopefully historically correct. It seemed like rifle ammo was not well distributed to British soldiers thus compounding the losses. Also shows early usage of battle surface-to-surface rockets. I did not know this too.
 
It is a very good movie. The British used rocket troops against the French as far back as 1804 during the Napoleonic Wars and in the US War of 1812. Their use is noted in the Star Spangled Banner in the line, "The Rockets Red Glare."
