    I think the right fuze is a modified 时-5 with a longer cap, so 时-6.

    It's a nice (uncommon) French 60mm for messages (Brandt pneumatic mortar). Top holes are for whistles.

    This is the 40mm mortar training kit in China. I dont have detailed information about it. But such weapon system do exist in China.
