Specialist Auctions

I am having no problems logging in and have just had a look over break to see what is available.
very dissapointed.
Lots of closed items listed & very little available even if those items were'nt closed!!
I have no real issues with the new format/layout - but then again I haven't tried buying or selling from it yet!
Not sure if the site has failed to communicate in anyway with members about new address/changes, but fear that if it does not sort itself soon it will fall by the wayside?

Same as Dan, I've just about given up with it all. To be honest with all of the info pages and FAQ pages blank etc I wouldn't be surprised if the "contact" page doesn't even make it to the owner once submitted.

I was seriously looking into starting an auction site myself just for military/ordnance but after looking around the only reasonably priced option was the same auction script/package that SA uses, I read here that many are unhappy with the layout and how it works etc so have decided against it for now.
 
Have any SA Moderators any news on progress with restoring the site? I have tried emailing but like everyone else get no reply...
 
Surely there has to be some freeware auction software out there that can run alongside BOCN?
 
He seems to be the only one being able to list stuff, its a joke that site theirs more to that then there are telling us!

I would think so Rich,it would also seem that he has opened a new account with the addition of '01' to his user name....which would indicate that you can log in with a new account but existing accounts are unable to.....bloody good of them to let us know about it...NOT!

Pretty sure World of cartridges is a moderator & member of this site!!
I have dealt with this guy in the past on SA as WOC & I believe he had a prior handle but changed to WOC after a wee issue with the Law & some of his items sourcing (please do not take as gospel ) not 100% sure of all details or facts.
Had no problem dealing with the guy before but it is a bit rich that a moderator can sell under a new handle & others cannot!!??
I have not tried to list anything under my log in & the new format yet.
 
Right I have just completely re-registered and signed up again and it has let me list something this time so we might finally be back in action ???????

just tried to re-register but it will not except it do to the same email address even tried lost pass word but still cant log it,

All a big pity really.
Maybe a case of `if it isn`t broken don`t F*!k with it`????
I did have WoC`s number - but not coming up in my contacts otherwise I would have called him to ask WTF!!
