As far as I know it's an abbreviation for autro hungarian adapter fuze M75 type : 15cm Mundlochbüchse

It is an application of the M.75 FUSE from 7cm - 9cm fragmentation, incendiary and anti-armor grenades for 15cm (18cm?) shrapnel ... activated after the impact of the grenade and creating a fragment version of the projectile ...
