Cannot help with APCBC, as that nature postdates the publication. I think I posted the pics from the back of the Handbook some time since.

Technically those are SAP - Semi Armour Piercing as they have a filling. AP is purely kinetic..
Be careful with those 281 Armstrong base fuzes... they do not look like fuzes and have little in the way of safety. There were quite a number recovered from mantelshelves still live and in some instances were responsible for explosions..
Always be absolutely sure that any pointed projectile with a base plug is not a filled shell.. this has caught out quite a few EOD folk over the years...
