Can anybody help me on a cutaway drawing of a quickfire 2 pounder AP and a 2 pounder APCBC projectile for the anti tank gun?

Here are pics from the handbook for Tanks, Cruiser, dd 1939 wch shows the AP round for the QF 2 Pr, and fuze etc.
Cannot help with APCBC, as that nature postdates the publication. I think I posted the pics from the back of the Handbook some time since.
Hope that helps.

Not a cutaway drawing. But maybe you need the markings also.

Technically those are SAP - Semi Armour Piercing as they have a filling. AP is purely kinetic..

Be careful with those 281 Armstrong base fuzes... they do not look like fuzes and have little in the way of safety. There were quite a number recovered from mantelshelves still live and in some instances were responsible for explosions..

Always be absolutely sure that any pointed projectile with a base plug is not a filled shell.. this has caught out quite a few EOD folk over the years...
