Hi I picked this nice 208 Fuze up the other day I can't see any dates on it anywhere its stamped 208 Mk3 VAS any ideas on the date of it or what the VAS stands for, any help is much appreciated.

VAS is Vickers Armstrong, Scotswood works. If the mark has an Arabic numeral 3 then the date is post October 1944 - I cannot see an image.
