20mm Anti personnell round

I have a couple of fired 20x139 cases which were made in the UK by BMARCo; headstamp BM 06 OE 82

Do you know anything about these? Why they were made and in which loadings?

Could they have been made to use in captured Argentine AA guns, like they did with the 35mm Oerlikons put into service?

That's possible - there is a Rheinmetall twin 20mm AA gun in the Imperial War Museum - but unlike the 35mm used by the RAF Regiment, I have not heard of any British service use of such equipment.
