221 Fuze Cover - Blue Start Marking

Does anyone know what the blue star marked on this 221 fuze cover means? I've seen a few but struggling to find the meaning!

Mark,

A blue 'T' denotes a time fuze.
I think a blue star denotes a time and percussion fuze. I'm away from my files, I'll check later.
