30mm DEFA Round Information

Just recieved this in the post, i know that it is a 30mm DEFA round but that is about it. Anymore info would be great!

Nosecap no markings

Projectile marked on base 79 ?

Headstamp 30-550 AA 9-TE-83

Case marked

CART 50.550 0XL 2570
B.19T(0.34)C. 22 PB 82
LOT 32 TE 83

-30-550: for the DEFA 30-550 type cannon
-OXL: Obus Exercise Leste ( practice projectile inert loaded)
-TE: Cartoucherie de Toulouse, France
-83:manufacture date
