even the Tank Museum don't have a complete unfired example so if any generous donor would like to send them one .... ! (They would be very grateful)

Following on from this thread, (reviving it after a year since the last post) some great information here, thanks everyone.
Here's a November 1931 dated example I acquired yesterday. Seems to be chromed/ Nickle plated. Anyone came across a complete one with the cap yet?

Hi Haydn, had two of these and they are hard to find. Never seen a cap as they blow off when fired. Please pm your e mail as i couldn't send it on ebay,cheers Tig.
 
I have seen one of those projectiles with a turned replica cap, but never the real thing.

All of these which turn up seem to be the same type. Does anyone know where they were recovered from?
 
Sent you a message Tigbrand. I don't suppose anyone could point me in the direction of finding a Hotchkiss base fuse for it?
