And another unknown WW1 fuze...help!

And again I am in need of the expertise of the forum members! This one was dug up in Belgium, before cleaning I assumed it was a French 30/45 fuse but after cleaning none of the tell tale holes between the ribbles showed up. So I'm lost. I'm thinking it's French judging by the way it looks, it's unmarked.

Any ideas?:eek:oh:
