Has Millsbomber's picture been identified yet? It was only posted at 9am this morning.
 
EOD, you are correct. I double checked it, as I thought it had the fuzewell all the way through as a Vietnamese MDH-10 because it came from Vietnam, but it is evidently a MON-100!

No, is is some sort of unusual compared to most other practice ammunition.

Hint: it is a training item for non lethal ammunition
