BOCN Guess what it is

Ivashkin got it, these are the practice charges for the URG-N which have the same designation (what is a bit strange but on the other hand there is nothing else it can be used with).

Anti lift device/fuze M142 in USA, do not have the UK L-number handy. (Australia is using it too)
 
Paul you are heading the general direction.
So far we are on an East German simulator related device.

Hint: it is a fuze

Ok, it is a "DSA" fuze for East German (GDR) simulators. It has a friction wire ignition and a piece of safety fuse inside.
