BOCN Guess what it is

EOD, thanks for posting hat. Interesting, we use the 7.62mm sub-calibre training system but do not have this item. I could see the Lyma marking and searched the Saab website, but still failed to find this item. Cheers.

Ammocat, I am not sure if the Danish version was even designed by SAAB (FFV - as it was before the privatization).
In general the field of 84mm CG rounds (all of them) is extremely interesting when we take all variants together and include all non Swedish versions.
Subcaliber devices for the CG do estist in 6.5x55, 7.62x51 and 9x19 (at least). NICO is working on a variant in 22mm (if I recall the caliber corectly).

Rocket war head which has this tube as a burster for the rocket engine in order not to waste the metalof the motor which was brought into the target zone already?

Interesting combination of answers. BLU97 correctly identified it as a U.S. 4.5 inch spin stabilized rocket warhead. EOD explained its purpose, to extend the explosive column down into the rocket motor chamber to fragment the rocket body to add to the shrapnel effect.

So, BLU97, over to you!
