The point fuze well plug for the Mk 80 series of bombs. Can't remember the Mk/model number, was referred to as madonnas t*t on one of the courses I attended.
 
Close enough Ammocat, this is the not so pointed version,though i have one of the 'Madonna's Tits' and can see the resemblance!

I'll agree with blu97, nozzle and wrap-around fins for a MK. 66 2.75 inch rocket motor.
 
image.jpgimage.jpgblu97 is correct. The helical vanes in the Venturi of a 2.75 inch rocket motor with a bit of the wrap around fins visible. Some flechettes in the hole.
