The point fuze well plug for the Mk 80 series of bombs. Can't remember the Mk/model number, was referred to as madonnas t*t on one of the courses I attended.

I'll agree with blu97, nozzle and wrap-around fins for a MK. 66 2.75 inch rocket motor.

blu97 is correct. The helical vanes in the Venturi of a 2.75 inch rocket motor with a bit of the wrap around fins visible. Some flechettes in the hole.
