BOCN Guess what it is

Looks like it is meant to dismantle so that it can lie flat,,,ish,geared down about 3:1,not strong enough to be some kind of winch,perhaps an armourers tool for winding ammo belts ,,,,or something,
 
The later the evening .... finally Hazord has it.

It's a so called 'Aufspuler', a spooler for ignition wire after use and part of the boxed 'Zuendgeraet 40, tragbar' (ignitor 40, portable).

Fusse 2004, your second picture looks familiar. Is it my DM-Gert?

Here comes a difficult one. 2 weeks ago I saw this item with my own eyes first time in my life.
