I got these on the last show somewhere in the US.
Can anybody tell me exact where it was used for?

It was essentially a copy of a French design for use with the 9.45-inch Trench Mortar.

'Introduced' by Lists of Changes in June 1917 (might have been in service before) and obsolete December 1921.

UK design drawing was TWD 5042.

Thanks Jean Paul for pointing out the 6-inch TM connection, I had not appreciated its use with this TM (despite having a copy of the manual!). Drawing attached in case it is of interest.
