British No. 86 time & percussion fuze

not something you come across very often, a No.86 time & percussion fuze. Introduced in 1916, there were problems with both the time & percussion elements and it was declared obsolete in 1917.
Wow, I've only ever seen one other example of a No. 86, in the reserve collection at the IWM Duxford - and yours is in much better condition! I was lucky enough to be able to photograph it for my book, and also to find a hand-coloured drawing. Depotman
