British ww1 adapter ID

Hello,

I can't remember if I already posted about this adapter.
I didn't archive the picture in my file so I had a doubt.
Found on french ww1 battelfields.
I assume an adapter with safety shutter for British fuze No103 or 80/44.




And found in the same file (maybe from bocn) 3 other pictures, maybe the same device.
I can't read n° of this 3in adapter in the picture.
