Buck igniter boxes

Anyone know how Buck igniters were boxed and packed and how many came in a box, bearing in mind how fragile they were.

Indeed. Had a look at http://wehrmachts.kisten.free.fr ref. packaging of the A200 and Glasmine43 respectively. Seemingly there was no space left for the fuzes, so a special box for the SF 5 must exist!?

I wonder if they come in boxes similar to the TMi 42 and 43 igniters boxes that sit up right, with the box being wooden instead of cardboard?
