Can someone identify this fuze.

It looks like a British time fuze to me, but I can't find it on the internet.

not british, it's a Dutch Tijdschokbuis No. 3, originally a Krupp fuze which was license made in the Netherlands.
 
Thank you for the information, hmmm nice to read it is a Dutch fuze never thought about that.

On what rounds were they used?

The fuze is used on "Granaatkartetsen" van 10 cm, 12 cm and 15 cm and 15 cm practice High Explosive.
