Container No 719 Mk1

The 'Bulpitt' containers were for British 'L' series fuzes. It would appear this one was for a M51A1 fuze (which did have an 'L' designation (but it's past my bedtime)). The M51A1 was one of a number of American designed fuzes that were manufactured and used in the UK.
