Dutch mine fuze

Questions for Dutch people (or anybody who knows even if not Dutch !)

The picture below comes from "NATIONAAL MILITAIR MUSEUM" ( nmm.nl )

What is the meaning of "tt/tv" ?
Is it the no. 3 fuze or the fuze for the no. 3 mine ?
Does anybody has a picture and/or drawing of this mine ?

The right fuze is for Dutch AT mine Paddestoelmijn, know also as "Dual Purpose Mushroom Top Mine".

Never seen the left one.

I have never seen tt/tv but I think it means in Dutch tegen tanks / tegen voertuigen in English that would be Anti Tank / Anti Vehicle
