Fuze identification

Hi all, can anyone identify this fuse?
Does the 11/00 refer to the date? Seems a little bit later than that?

Looks like a base fuze for a British Naval 12Pdr which were used on the ground in the Boer War. And yes, 11/00 would be November 1900 so timing seems right.
 
More like the Fuze, Percussion, Base, Large No.11. The part above the threaded portion was longer on the No.12. Photo taken from David Ibbetsons’s excellent book on pre WW2 British fuzes
