Fuze Identification

Can anybody help ID this fuze. I am struggling. Identifying features are the time graduations are on the upper ring (doesn't come out well in the image) and the top section has what appears to be a screw in it, also a noticeable notch, presumably for a key. The marking in photo one is original and I'm guessing a lot number? Many thanks in advance - Mark
