For those following the thread elsewhere on the 214 Fuze the attached potted history might be of interest. It is an extract from Ordnance Board Proceedings. BSM = British Supply Mission. BPM = British Purchasing Mission. INO = Inspector of Naval Ordnance. DG of A = Director General of Artillery. TS = Technical Staffs. Not sure about BAS.
