Don't doing attention on the marking, it's externally very similar on a german AZ 23 !

I don't have diagrams here. I'll try to upload something. The fuze of your picture I'm pretty sure it's the "E.S.A. mod. 47", but I never saw it made of brass. Very interesting, another picture to save.
