It's an "Espoleta I.R. mod. 1938" Can you take a picture of the other side of the fuse? Behind the screw.
 
I prefer Kl. A.Z.23 but Spanish made.

Does anyone know what the V.P and numbers mean on the bottom of the first fuze shown? Weird place for a manufacture/LOT CODE to be placed.
