What is this fuze : ZZ S/40 for 8.8 ?

Yes, it is apparently for the 8,8 cm SK C/25 or SK C/31. Normally only the Zt.Z.S/30-25 and E.Kzdr C/25 are mentioned in the documentation for these HE shells.

is there any documantion or drawings of this ZZ S/40 ?

I think it has the same layout as the Zt.Z.S/30-C/25, only that it has a clockwork that runs upto 40 sec.
