I'm not exactly shure, but most probably this electric, pyrotechnic igniter will have been used to ignite a rocket-motor. I'll try to find it in the literature and then get back to you.

It's as i thought a rocket igniter and it is decribed in "LDv 4000 Zünder". It was used to ignite the 21 cm BR (Spr) and was supplanted by the EAZ 44, which was faster.

I found it in Ldv4000 but I'm not good in German.
Could you tell me what material was used to made this igniter (Bakelite or something else) ?
