German Pak 40

Hi Waff, I think Ferts suggesting that the shell is sitting a little high in the case.
I think the Pak 36(r) is a rarer projectile then the Pak 40 so still a good find.

Thats cool Q,

i havent put them together yet as i like to maul about with them first.Once they are seated together then thats it!,its off to the display with them.
Im not so sure now and a bit confused whether to marry them up if something aint right??

Hi Waffy,
As it happens, I do have a 7,62cm Pzgr39 (rot) APHE projectile thats right for the case....unfortunately its repainted, (badly) and Ive not rectified it yet. The projectile itself is waffampt marked ie German manufacture for captured russian (ratsch bumms)...it should give you a good idea of what youre looking for.
