German WW2 snow fuze info

Yeah, dont plan on buying it, no way! Although it does kind of make sense, like a standoff fuze. Im really hoping someone knows something

Still looking for dimensions, Im thinking if I cant buy one (since they are rare) I could make a replica on my lathe. I might to able to figure it out via the picture, but if anyone knows that would be much easier.
