Grenade fuze M10A1 ?

Hello,
3 stamped on A1 ; is it a M10A1 converted A3 ?
Found on live Mk2A1 with container (in same condition as the day of production !)

Very nice find. Question, does the spoon have a black stripe painted on the lower end? One of the ammo TMs state a black stripe was painted indicating the fuze was modified. Pictured is an example I have.

yes it is, black tip, re-used fuze
